Detailed Entry Screen - Program Options

The program options tab allows you to set default behavior for some parts of the program. By clicking on Set Model Variable Defaults, it also allows you to change the default values for new client records. To change program options, you must go to the detailed entry screen, as these options are not available on the quick entry screen.

Click on any field in this tab for an explanation of that field, or click on a tab to go to another screen.

Field Descriptions

	Next Automatic Client ID #	Indicates the next number which will be automatically assigned when a new client is created. This can be changed, but take care not to change it to a value which could result in overlap between currently used and future numbers.  Back to screen
	Startup With Form	Determines which form is loaded each time the program is started.  Back to screen
	Chart Printing	LTCia charts are available in color and black & white versions. Choose the setting which is appropriate to your printer. Color printer users who prefer to print black & white charts may do so, but color charts will be difficult to decipher if they are printed on a black & white printer.  Back to screen
	Print All Includes	The Print All button automatically prints a complete package of reports. The checkboxes in this screen determine which reports are included in the package.  Back to screen
	Set Model Variable Defaults	This button opens an additional screen which allows you to set default values for new clients. There are two default screens, one for single clients and one for couples. See the Model Variable Defaults screen.    Back to Program Options screen
