Detailed Entry Screen - Insurance Data
The insurance data tab allows the entry of details pertaining to the desired
level of insurance benefits. All fields must be entered. A premium is
automatically calculated based on age, health, and insurance data, using premium
values which are a composite of several major long-term care insurance
providers. You may override the calculated premium by manually entering an
actual premium in this screen. Click on any field in this tab for an explanation of that field,
or click on a tab to go to another screen. Controls at the bottom of the screen
are the same on every tab, and are described in the explanations on the Personal
Data page.
