Ralph D. Leisle, President
Prior to founding LTCi Decision Systems, Inc., Ralph Leisle was an independent senior financial
consultant and broker representing a major financial planning firm as well as other leading
companies. Mr. Leisle's practice was focused on tax-efficient estate planning, retirement
accumulation and long-term care financing. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter and
national Society of Financial Services Professionals, and holds the Chartered Financial
Services Consultants (ChFC) Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations and Chartered
Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) from the American College in Bryn Marw, PA. Mr. Leisle
has been involved with long-term care financing issues throughout his financial services career.
Mr. Leisle's prior software development experience includes developing application design
objectives a major corporation's marketing division. During that period, he was instrumental
in creating a business entity profit planning model, designed to forecast sales and profit
variances due to alternative marketing and financial scenarios.
The LTC Economic Impact Planning ModelTM was developed as a result of experience working
with clients and other professional advisors who needed an efficient way to simplify this emotional
and financial issue.
