Software Subscription Agreement

This license is applicable to all versions of the LTC Economic Impact Planning Model, the LTC Pool of Money (POM) calculators, and any other generally available, and privately branded version of the application software.

Software Use Acknowledgement

Do not order the software until you have carefully read this agreement, which provides the terms and conditions for its use. If you subscribe, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted the term of this agreement.

Permitted Uses and Restrictions

You are granted an individual, non-exclusive subscription to use the software for your personal use or as specifically authorized by the terms of use of multi-user versions of the software or other specific written agreements. You may not copy, sell, trade, or otherwise give to another person the ability to use this software or use it to create commercially useful documents for individuals or groups who are not current subscribers. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the software, or otherwise use the software for any purpose other than that for which it is intended. The software subscription agreement does not imply or convey to any subscriber any form of ownership or rights to the programming or proprietary business practices contained in the software programs offered by LTCi Decision Systems, Inc.

Suitability

This software and associated services are provided "as-is" and, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the software and associated services, including their fitness for a particular purpose, their quality, and their merchantability. The subscriber understands the programs are web based applications utilizing third party servers and/or other services.

Liability

Our entire liability for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the software subscription ordered from LTCi Decision Systems or from an authorized reseller. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages for loss of business, loss of profits or investment, or such, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, negligence, product liability or otherwise.
